Welcome to lorcanseward.co.uk

My name is Lorcan Seward. I'm an indie game developer and software engineer, and this is my corner of the web. If you've somehow stumbled here without knowing what I'm working on, let me give you a quick picture.

What I'm Building

My main project right now is Endless Corridors — a survival horror game set inside an ever-changing procedurally generated maze. You're trapped. The corridors shift around you. You need to manage hunger and hydration, avoid monsters, survive paranormal events, and find the single exit before everything closes in. No combat progression loops, no loot grind - just atmosphere, dread, and the slow creep of something wrong in the walls.

It's the kind of game I've always wanted to make, and it's been consuming most of my waking hours. You can wishlist it on Steam if you want to keep up with its progress.

What This Site Is For

This is my personal hub - a place to show off Endless Corridors, write about what I'm working on, and share things I find interesting along the way.

The blog will be used for a few different things:

  • Devlogs - updates on Endless Corridors, what changed, what broke, what I figured out
  • Technical posts - programming, game dev architecture, tools and tricks I pick up along the way
  • Announcements - milestones, releases, anything worth shouting about
  • General writing - whatever else is on my mind

I built the site myself using ASP.NET Core, which felt appropriate - I'd rather own the stack than bolt together something off-the-shelf. It has a full blog system with tags, series, RSS, and an admin panel I can manage without touching code. I'll probably write about that process at some point too.

Come Along

If you're into survival horror, indie game development, or just want to watch someone build something from scratch - this is the place to follow. The most reliable way to keep up is to wishlist Endless Corridors on Steam, or check back here when the mood takes you.

More soon.
